The apartment is calm and sunny and has been fully renovated for the guests' comfort in 2012. The appliances and furniture are new (beds, etc.).There is a large living room with a TV, four bedrooms (one with a double bed, two with two separate beds and one with one bed) and two full bathrooms. The linen and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, iron, etc...). The apartment has air conditioning (hot / cold) in all rooms and high speed internet with wifi.
Ideally located in the picturesque historic center of Seville near the Fine Arts Museum, the apartment is just minutes from the major tourist sites and the pedestrian shopping area. Walk through the charming little streets and squares with orange trees to Santa Cruz to visit the cathedral, la Giralda and l’Alcazar, to the Plaza de Toros, to la Casa de Pilatos… Do not miss the unique atmosphere of the art market in the plaza of the Fine Arts Museum on Sunday morning!
A five minute walk away is the pedestrian promenade Guadalquivir from which you can cross the bridge to admire the beautiful buildings of the former convent converted into a ceramic factory and now into the Contemporary Art Museum, the luxurious botanical gardens and the Triana mosaics.
Still on foot, you can continue to the hip area of La Alameda de Hercules where young Sevilians meet in the many lively bar-restaurants.
In the neighborhood are tapas bars and small grocery stores. 100 meters away is a shopping center built on the site of a former train station with restaurants, cinemas and a supermarket with a large variety of typical fresh foods.
The bus station "plaza de armas", situated at 500m, allows our host from breathing the air of the sea or to visit a city or village Andalusian neighbors such as Cordoba, Carmona, etc. Less than 100m you can rent a bike from one of municipal "Sevici". Finally, three large car parks nearby offer the possibility to park your car in a sheltered spot.
The owners, a young Franco-Spanish couple (who speaks some English and German as well), will help you discover the secrets of the city, sites and remarkable buildings, and charming places that one doesn't find in the guidebooks.
