Dzwirzyno, 13 km to the west of Kołobrzeg, along the coast. The boarding , 100 m to yacht port and fishing port, 2000 m to the lake with harbour. Very attractive location, full infrastructure in the neighbourhood ( little gastronomy,fish grill, swimming pool, fun fair, tennis court). Behind the boarding house there are a big garden (300m2)and 12 parking lots. There are two buildings. One building , summer pavilion, which is looking onto the garden. Full size of the pavilion 170 m2. The building consist of 8 rooms with W.C. , common kitchen, 22 accomodations for the night. Second building (340m2) consists of 14 rooms with bathrooms and showers. This building has 38 accomodations for the night. There are cabel television and Interent in the rooms. During the summer season (50 PLN/person/day) when we have 50 % rooms taken, the income is 70 000 – 80 000 PLN. Price by negotiation. Price for a plot: 200 PLN/m2. Price for a pavilion:PLN/m2.
