Sono stato a Mancora sei anni fa, il posto č un paradiso.
Il prezzo dell'immobile mi sembra interessante, anche come investimento. Avete idea di quanto costa di manutenzione all'anno?
Quando dite che si puō affittare a 200$ al giorno per quanti giorni all'anno pensate sia possibile?
