We interchanged our house in the mediterraneo (Spain) by similar.
We are a family of (we have a daughter of 4 three years) and also a dog of small race. We are serious people, heals and sportsman, we did not smoke. We have an apartment in the beach of Gandía (Valencia) to about 800 ms of the beach and that we wished to interchange. It has 70 meters, 2 rooms (one with two beds and another one with double bed), cooks completely furnished, two baths and a hall with views to the mountain and the sea. The apartment is new (less than 2 years) and has garage seat; it has in the common zones a great swimming pool, tennis courts, garden and gymnasium, all it in the heat of operation.
