I am looking for two flatmates to
share a four room’s apartment with me.
The apartment is in the heart of Prenzlauerberg, the most interesting and multicultural area of Berlin,
please note that the apartment is about 130m² and there's a big living room with american kitchen style(ca.50m²),it is a big attic conversion flat, the rooms are very spacious with enough light.

I can procure furniture for you if needed.

-broadband wireless
-flaterate phone
-full furnished kitchen (new siemen electro herd, dishwasher)
-waschmachine
-separate bad and shower

about me:
-economic student, bartender and I am writing my diploma (7.term). I am from Vietnam and grown up in Germany. My English is very good, my German and Vietnamese are perfect.

we share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and you will have your one room (25m² or 27m²).

age = not make or break, but somewhere between
20-30 would be ideal.

Of course, I am looking for a considerate, tidy
(not obsessive) professional or similar, with a sense of humor.
It will be great if we often cook and taking meals together. It is nice to enjoy to going out (concert, theatre, disco). I can teach you German or show you Berlin and you will meet lots of my friends, get involved with Germans habitants ;)

-non-smoker or only in your own room

transport:
-taxi and tram(M13,M1,M50) port is in front of the house
-5 mins walk from stoke Schönhauseralle Allee rail (Ring bahn/S85) and Schönhauser Allee underground (U2) .
-15 mins walk from Bornholmerstrasse rail S2.


the rent:
- min 6 months, notice time 1 month
- €450 per calendar month + 1 month deposit(€450) returnable
- when you leave or it may go toward the rent of your last month.
I am flexible with that.

- includes all bills!!!!! You don’t need to care about anything.

The rent start at 01.03.08 but you can insertion from 01.02.08 on.
