I have several properties in Costa Rica. One of themis a coffee plantation, full of of trees, rain forest, very tranquil almost or more than 42 acres, has a house, persons most be honest and love nature. close to the central capital San Jose (10 minutes) has plenty of water and river, mountains, very tranquil and peaceful. I will rent it for only $300 to the right person, this is mostly for a person tha want to retire to costa Rica but does not have the luxury to do it. the weather (climate) is perfect, to live eat, helper and utilities are very cheap. I will be in CR IN this december.
