It is a second floor without lift, with high ceilings, big windows/balconies of which some are closed like a terrace. There are seven bedrooms which we rent to foreign students from September to June. It is divided in two sections: one with four bedrooms, a small living room, kitchen and two bathrooms; the other section has its own entrance door and contains three bigger bedrooms, like a loft (15,20 and 25 m2), all with double beds, cable TV (DVD in the biggest bedroom), table, chairs, armchairs, another kitchen and one complete bathroom and other toilet, We exchange one or more rooms, or one of the sections completely, depending on your requirements.
The condominium is situated in the famous area of Los Austrias, where you find the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, in the middle of La Latina, at the La Latina Square, which is home to the famous flea market ‘El Rastro’ on Sundays. It is very close to Cava Baja, which is the fashion quarter and a great place to grab dinner or some drinks Spanish style, close to the Main Square (Plaza Mayor) and Puerta del Sol, where KM 0 is.
La Latina Square has a taxi stop, busses and the very convenient underground station of La Latina. The surrounding streets have many shops and very famous restaurants, like Casa Botin, Casa Lucio y Malacatín, You’ll find supermarkets, a very big foods market, an indoor swimming pool and a gym, all in very short distance and just in front is the famous Latina Theatre.
