Exept during July and August, the house be divided into 2 apartments et be rented for 2/3 pers. for 290-350 euros/week.
The house is nested on a hill planted with olive and wild pistach-trees above the small monastery of Agios Giorgos. It offers a superb view to the sea and the Turkish coast.
The area is quiet but not isolated (the small shops and restaurants are 300 meters away).
For visiting the island of Chios, a car that we can rent is strongly recommanded.
