I have 2 rooms available for rent in a large, newly renovated house in the beautiful, quiet Colonia Providencia neighborhood of Guadalajara.

Both rooms are furnished, extremely spacious (approx. 13ftx13ft), each with a private bathroom, walk-in closets, tv w/ cable and dvd player, wireless internet available. Rent includes all utilities, plus maid/laundry service. Ideally my house is set up for international students studying in Guadalajara at the nearby Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, be it their Medical School graduate program or any other curriculum. One meal would also be included with other amenities (negotiable). Young professionals/educators would also be welcome, with the prestigious American School within walking distance. One off-street parking spot is also available.
