The apartments boasts with large living rooms and beautiful terraces offering hammocks where you can enjoy the view of the ocean on the right and the forest on the left. The kitchens are fully equipped and complete with all modern conveniances. Cable televisions and internal phones are available for you to enjoy. The properties are always cleaned and in an excellent condition, very cozy and fully furnished. The apartments are on a small 28 unit complex with swimming pool for chidren and residence complex has its own 24 hours security, caretaker and there is a secured private parking space with remote control entry. The condo offers a large laundry area with large washing machine area at no charge.

Please Note: The apartment with 2 suites is strictly rented to no more then 4 persons + 1 baby up to 3 years old and the apartment with 1 suite is strictly rented to no more then 2 persons. The residence is structured for a family environment hence the property is suitable for couples or families. Payment Method

1. A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. (Bank Transfer)
2. Remainder due 4 weeks prior to departure date. (Bank Transfer)
3. 50% refundable breakages deposit to pay to the administrator at the arrival
4. Prices above are per week and are fully inclusive. Flexible with dates.
5. A Short Tenancy Agreement will be issued at the time of booking and signed at the arrival in the presence of the administrator.
