Self-catering holiday rental let apartment, located in Cerrado de Calderón, one of the best residential districts of Malaga City with excellent views to the mountain and the sea. It is a calm zone surrounded by pines, where you can relax hearing the singing of the birds. With parking just at the door, which is very complicated and expensive in the centre of Malaga. Only 300m away, there is a commercial centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and stores. 900 m away is Los Baños del Carmen Beach, and 1,300m away is the beach and MARINE STROLL OF PEDREGALEJO, zone of restaurants and bars where you can be seated in a terrace to taste the famous fried pescaito of Malaga and other Mediterranean dishes like the PAELLA, with wonderful views of the bay. This apartment is ideal for a couple, with a terrace, oriented to the East with excellent views to the mountain. It is equipped with TV. and all you need for cooking (crockery, cutlery etc), fridge, microwave, toaster and hob.We don't admit children under 12. Individual heating, with line of Internet ADSL 24 hours a day. Computer (optional it is possible to be provided). From September to June it is possible to be rented for long term at a lower price.

Means of access
The Airport is to about 14 km. Can be taken a taxi that costs from 20 to 25 Euros. In buss until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre another buss, the number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban buss station are to about 5 km, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information.

Malaga communicated by buss, train and plane, is ideal for visiting Granada, Cordoba and Seville. In Some period of the year you may be swimming in the beach, and 90 minute later being skiing in Sierra Nevada (Granada). Nearest Golf courses at 12 km, 10 min driving.
