It has the most excellent location just by the Legazpi Plaza with all the amenities nearby. It is right next to the Matadero Madrid Cultural Complex and the new Madrid Rio Park, the newest park in Madrid which runs along the Manzanares River, ideal for walking, cycling and any kind of exercise.
The Metro Station of Legazpi is just at the doorstep (Lines 3 yellow and 6 gray). There are also many bus lines that stop right there. The apartment has a most excellent connection to the city centre as well as the main university campuses (UCM, Complutense, UPM Politécnica, UC3M Carlos III, etc). There are also lots of shops, grocery stores, supermarkets and all that you may need very close in the neighboorhood.
The apartment has been newly renovated and painted, and has a new furniture set. The kitchen is equipped with a hot water electric heater, fridge, electric cooking stove, toaster, microwave oven with grill, iron and ironing board, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is also a clothes washing machine in the bathroom. There is WiFi internet in all the apartment.
The expenses of the apartment (electricity, internet, water, condominum) are paid apart and are approximately 50 eur per month and per person depending on consumption.
We are a small family business and directly own the apartments that we rent. That way we can offer you the best prices and we do not charge you any hidden comission or matriculation fees!
