General Information
The rental price includes the cost of water, electricity and Internet, no Community fees, no extras costs.
Booking price is 80 € paid by bank transfer or PAYPAL, this amount is also contract guarantee and to be returned at the end of staying
The rental is paid by bank transfer or deposit in cash at bank office within first month week
Beach is 15 minutes walking and the main buses to the entire city at 10 minutes in the Alameda Principal
We don't rent rooms for less than one month
The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice and who likes to enjoy night life only have to walk 5 minutes to be within the area of bars and restaurants
